Shuttleya exists as a separate shuttle-first brand with its own repo, deploy, and routing rules, but its current live job is narrow: accept a resolved Argo transportation decision and move the rider into the Argo booking flow without reopening broad route comparisons.

Inside the broader Destination Command Center system, DCC decides the corridor and Shuttleya executes the Argo action cleanly.
